Deep Cleansing Schedule

As we head towards autumn, Adur and Worthing Council Services have teamed up with colleagues from the on-street parking enforcement officers from NSL to put together a rolling programme of deep cleansing in streets traditionally most affected by leaf-fall.

During the times and dates indicated, no waiting will be permitted in the streets to allow Adur and Worthing Council Services to use mechanical sweepers to remove accumulated leaf fall and detritus from the gutters.  Carrying out such work will prevent surface water drain blockages during the winter months as well as give a far better street appearance.  Your co-operation is appreciated to allow the best job to be done as possible.

This is not an exhaustive list; should you feel that other streets are in need of attention, these can be considered for scheduling at the end of the list.  If you would like to nominate any other street for similar treatment, please contact help.aws@adur-worthing.gov.uk and your nomination will be considered according to need.
